Roona Begum an 16 Months old child was suffering from Hydrocephalus, a disease grows from fluid inside the head that leads to brain swelling from the time of her birth it raises day by day and turned into a big pumpkin. Parents of this kid were very poor, his father works on a brick field & mother is a house wife. She was born at 22nd November, 2011 at Agartala Government Medical College and Hospital.
