Sudarsan Pattnaik, Indian sand artist from Odisha makes an appeal for Bharat Ratna For Dhyan Chand through his Sand sculpture at Jantar-Mantar in New Delhi, India, on Aug 28, 2016. Dhyan Chand is considered as one of the greatest hockey player of all time. During his period India was a dominating hockey team. He has scored more than 400 goals in international hockey.
