Explosive at SSP office in Guwahati on Monday, May 21, 2003. City police in a joint operation with Goalpara police carried out an operation in Assam Meghalaya border under Rongjuli police station on Sunday night and recovered around 4 kg RDX, 7 detonators, remote control device and other incriminating documents (INSET) belonging to ULFA.
