Normal life in the Indian eastern state of Manipur is effected by the economic blockade impose by the Kuki tribal for a creation of a new Sardar Hill district since August 1. Essential commodities of everyday needs and fuel are running out of shortage as most of the petrol pumps are out of stock to provide fuel as all Highways leading to Manipur are block by the tribal Kuki.
